Matcha

Matcha pancakes and lattes. A staple right now for my mornings. I love anything with matcha in it, and these pancakes are so easy to make and are soo good its crazy. Here is the recipe-

1 egg

1/3 cup milk

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup flour

1 tablespoon matcha powder

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

In a bowl add the egg, milk, butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add flower, baking powder, and salt. Eat them stacked with a perfect square of melting butter on the top.

I have yet to make matcha buttercream cupcakes and macarons.

Along melrose are many alleys and walls that are perfect for shooting. There is a ice cream place called Neveux Artisan Cremery and it has the best crème fresh and honey lavender!

Obsessed with any kind of pretty drink right now. I have hundres of pictures of coffees and drinks in jars (etc..) on my camera roll. I will soon do a post solely about juices. There are so many ways to take a picture of your morning latte- and here are a few. Plus a coconut that was very nom and cute. I know these photos don't flow that well together- but that's ok.

Grand Central Station

For my birthday lunch we went to Grand Central Station. First we ate lunch at Egg Slut. We waited 1 hour but it was SO worth the wait. Then we had a coffee at G&B coffee and a bacon maple donut, which was actually very good. We drank coffee along with some mini Valerie cakes that were heaven.

Went to Cognescenti Coffee after school today. It is a cute modern coffee house with great coffee and pastries.

Alfred coffee

Finally went to Alfred Coffee. It is insta-perfect, and the lattes are pretty good.
